Fix the leak before the funnel
There is no point buying more traffic for a site that loses it at the checkout, or a phone nobody answers after five. We look at where you already lose people first — it is usually cheaper and always faster.
Breston Digital is a UK digital agency built around one habit: telling clients what will not work, before they pay for it. It costs us the occasional retainer and keeps the ones that matter.
Most of our clients arrive having already been burned. A twelve-month contract with a lock-in clause. A monthly report full of metrics that never quite explained why the phone was not ringing. An agency that answered "how is it going?" with a slide deck.
We started Breston Digital because that experience is so common it has become normal, and it does not have to be. The work itself is not mysterious. What is rare is an agency willing to tell you when a channel is not worth your money.
We are deliberately small. Every client works directly with the people doing the work — there is no account manager relaying questions to a delivery team you never meet. It caps how many clients we can take, which is the point.
We work on rolling monthly terms with thirty days notice. If we are not earning our fee, you should be able to leave without a legal conversation.
UK businesses with something people actually search for: trades and home services, clinics and practices, independent retail and ecommerce, B2B services, and multi-site operators who need local visibility across a dozen postcodes rather than one.
We are a poor fit for anyone who wants guaranteed rankings, bought reviews, purchased email lists, or an AI agent that pretends to be a person. We will decline that work and explain why.

Impressions, positions and open rates are diagnostics, not outcomes. Our reporting leads with enquiries and revenue, because that is what you take to the bank.
Documentation, training and access as standard. A client who could leave tomorrow and chooses to stay is a better relationship than one who cannot.
