Claim, verify & recover
New profiles created and verified; lost profiles recovered; duplicate and conflicting listings merged or removed.
Claim it, fix it, fill it, and keep it working. The single highest-return hour of local marketing for most UK businesses with a location or a service area.
For anything local, the three map results sit above the organic listings and take a large share of the clicks. Your Google Business Profile — still widely called GMB — is what decides whether you appear there. It is free, most businesses fill in perhaps a third of it, and the gap between a neglected profile and a maintained one is often the difference between a quiet phone and a busy one.
If you have no profile, we create and verify it. If you have one you cannot access — a former employee, an agency that has gone quiet, a listing someone else claimed — we run the recovery process. If you have duplicates competing with each other, we consolidate them. This part is unglamorous administration and it is where most of the value hides.
Correct primary and secondary categories, which are the strongest single ranking factor in the local algorithm. Complete services and products. Real photographs, geotagged and posted on a schedule. Opening hours including bank holidays. Attributes, booking links, and a Q&A section seeded with the questions customers actually ask.
We set up a review request flow that makes it easy for happy customers to leave one, and we respond to everything — including the bad ones, which are read more carefully than the good ones. What we will not do is generate fake reviews. They are against Google policy, they are increasingly detected, and a suspended profile costs far more than the reviews were worth.
Running more than ten locations changes the job: bulk upload, location groups, consistent NAP across every citation, and store locator pages that support rather than cannibalise each profile. We handle estates from two sites to several hundred.
So you can see exactly what you are paying for — and what you are not.
New profiles created and verified; lost profiles recovered; duplicate and conflicting listings merged or removed.
Primary and secondary categories chosen against what actually ranks in your area, not guesswork.
Services, products, opening hours, bank holidays, booking links, photos and a seeded Q&A section.
A compliant request flow to earn genuine reviews, plus written responses to every review, good or bad.
Regular Google Posts for offers, events and news, so the profile signals an active business.
Grid-based tracking that shows where you rank across your actual catchment, not just at your own postcode.
We secure ownership, audit the listing against the ranking factors, and find duplicates or suspensions.
Categories, services, hours, media, links and Q&A completed properly and consistently.
Name, address and phone made consistent across the directories Google cross-references.
Ongoing posts, review responses, photo uploads and monthly grid rank reporting.
There is a formal recovery process where you request access from the current owner and, if there is no response, verify ownership with Google directly. It typically takes one to three weeks. We handle the paperwork.
Only where they breach Google policy — spam, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, or a review of a business you are not. A genuine unhappy customer will not be removed, and the right answer there is a good public reply. We are straight with clients about which category a review falls into.
No. Service-area businesses can rank without a public address by hiding the address and defining a service radius. It has to be set up correctly or the profile risks suspension.
Profile completeness and category changes can shift the map pack within two to four weeks. Review velocity and citation consistency work more slowly, over two to three months.
